In working condition. Heavy cast iron base. Was painted black at some point along the way. Does not appear to be any rust on the outside. A little bit of surface rust on the underside. 20 inches in overall length. About 7.5 inches tall. The less than 1 pound is off by about 1.5 oz (when compared to my digital scale).
